The Place to Be on Beech Mountain!

Come and enjoy the unspoiled beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains where wildlife and nature abound! At an elevation of 5,506' we are a mile high, giving us perfect weather year-round. Summer temperatures average between 72 and 80 degrees during the day, and 60’s at night - perfect for beating the heat! The Fall shows its colors, attracting people from all over to see the beautiful foliage. In Winter, we’re the place for skiing and winter sports. You can walk to the Beech Mountain Ski Resort from the Villas. Spring brings the renewal of the gardens and lush woodlands. HBV offers year-round fun in a beautiful, rustic setting.

Opening in 1972, Holiday Beech Villas were built as affordable condominiums close to the Beech Mountain Ski Resort with the original buyers using them as a second home. The community consists of 88 one- and two-bedroom units in nine buildings on three levels, plus a clubhouse containing a meeting room and laundry room. Each unit is individually owned. Today, some owners live at HBV throughout the year, and many rent them out as short-term rentals when not using them. Others use them strictly as investment properties. However you want to enjoy the Mountain, HBV can work for you.

Please note that the Association does not handle rentals, nor does it know when units are available for sale. Owners wishing to rent their units may do so through either large platforms such as VRBO and Airbnb, or through local companies such as Carolina Stays, Carolina Cabins, Blueridge Mountain Rentals, etc. For purchasing a unit, please contact local real estate agents for information.
